Frugal Friday {DIY All Purpose Cleaner}

Happy FRUGAL FRIDAY to ya!!
I am ALL ABOUT saving some money and being frugal.  I think it’s just wise to not waste.  It’s better to pinch a penny where you can so you’ll have more pennies when you need them.

A very simple way to save some money honey is making your own all-purpose cleaner.  Cleaners and all-purpose wipes can really add up quickly.

This recipe is the perfect solution.

Grab a spray bottle (I got mine from the $ Tree for…you guessed it…$1)

Using a funnel, pour in:
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of Borax
1/8 cup of Dawn dish washing liquid
2 cups of hot water
I didn’t use Dawn…I used whatever I had on hand and it has worked great.  But I’ve heard that Dawn works best.  That’s probably what I’ll use next time.

Swirl the liquid around in the bottle to combine.  Shaking it will cause too many bubbles and it won’t spray well.

I have mainly used this in my kitchen wiping down counters and sinks.  But it has also worked GREAT in my bathroom!!  And it is SO INEXPENSIVE!!
A box of Borax at my local Publix costs 4.39 and you can purchase a bottle of Dawn for $1 at your local Dollar General or other dollar store.  And you always have vinegar on hand.

I found the cute printable labels HERE.

I printed them and cut them out then ran them through our Xyron Create A Sticker machine.

I love this little machine.  You can use your Hobby Lobby or Michael’s Coupon and get your own sticker machine for $12-$14.
Enough bloggin’!!  I gotta get cleanin’!!

Have a BLESSED weekend!!
