About Me

For as long as Earth lasts, planting and harvest, cold and heat, Summer and winter, day and night will never stop.”  Genesis 8:22

Hi!!  I’m Hope and welcome to our family.  I am a stay-at-home homeschooling mom (and pastor’s wife) who adores her family.  I love to craft, cook, organize, and do all the things that stay-at-home moms do…..well maybe minus the laundry and scrubbing toilets.  One of my many goals, is to keep things simple. I am married to my very best friend, Keith.  We were married in January of 2002.  We’ll hit our first decade soon.  That seems unreal!!  In that time, we’ve added three children.  Ruthie, the oldest.  Tobin, the middle. And Lilly, the youngest.  It is amazing to me how three children from the same two parents can have three distinct and different personalities.  But boy are these three different!!Here’s Ruthie.  She is as girly is the day is long!!  She was getting ready for the last day of cheer camp here. Here’s Tobin.  He loves to play in the dirt, with legos, dinosaurs, play-doh…all things BOY!  He amazes me in how he can take a toilet paper roll or an empty box and turn it into the best toy ever!!  He wants to be an astronaut, archeologist, or a toy maker when he grows up.And here’s Lilly!  She is a free spirit.  Loves to laugh and cut up.  She’s also the dare devil of the three…has no fear.  She’s also confident that this whole world was created for her and her alone.  😉 yep…we’re working on that one.  Hehe…

We feel so blessed to have the family that we do.  We are so thankful to God for His provision!  I have said before that our lives are NOT perfect, but our God is.  That is so true for us.  I do not want any of you to look at these pages or read these articles and think, “She’s got it all together and I don’t”  because that’s just not true.  I want this to be a place of inspiration and encouragement for you as you walk through the seasons with us.  We’ll cook together, school together,  craft together, garden together, we’ll do LIFE together!  Join me won’t you?
